• Great podcast again! Me n Ralph just listened to it. We were actually setting up for our own podcast, and having some technical difficulties. As a matter of fact we were messing around with two headsets plugged in aswell.

I saw a manga of koi kaze at a booksale somewhere, but as soon as I saw the cover I was like…ok never mind. Did get one of Lupin III though.

  • curse you blogger formatting!

What I meant to say was:

    …/podcast/promos/shriow.mp3?

    …/podcast/promos/shirow.mp3!

  • Alright, alright…I think I’ve got it. What you’ve got to do, is take the Gunslinger Girl DVD case, the DearS DVD case, and Elfen Lied case. Tear them up into extremely tiny pieces. Shove those pieces into the Koi Kaze box, then tape it to a roman candle, or any other type of firework.

And if that doesn’t work, just put it in the microwave with an inner lining of styrofoam.

oh btw just to put another log on the fire that is your hate of Koi Kaze. You said they were stepbrother and stepsister, when in fact they are full blood brother and sister.

  • After a long marathon of catching up on Fast Karate, I come to this episode. Koi Kaze… I watched it well over a year ago, and just to appease Joel, I won’t try to defend this show. Incest is wrong and it’s something that we left back in the medieval years and shouldn’t still be around today. However, I couldn’t help but think that for the situation, Koi Kaze did portray it pretty darn well. Pretty much the same argument everyone gives for Brokeback Mountain (though I refuse to see that). So, despite what you think about the relationship, it wasn’t unrealistic.

But having said that, I have about as much respect for this show as I have for hentai. You try to find the humor in it, but often times you just feel sick by the end.
